1. Công dụng của cây muồng trâu trong điều trị vảy nến

  • Kháng viêm và kháng khuẩn: Hoạt chất anthraquinone trong lá muồng trâu giúp giảm viêm, ngăn ngừa nhiễm trùng da.
  • Làm mềm da, giảm bong tróc: Hỗ trợ cải thiện tình trạng da khô, bong vảy ở vùng da bị vảy nến.
  • Thúc đẩy tái tạo da: Giúp làm lành các tổn thương và cải thiện sức khỏe da.

2. Cách sử dụng cây muồng trâu chữa bệnh vảy nến

2.1. Đắp lá muồng trâu tươi
  • Nguyên liệu: Một nắm lá muồng trâu tươi.
  • Cách thực hiện:
    1. Rửa sạch lá muồng trâu, giã nhuyễn hoặc xay nát.
    2. Đắp trực tiếp hỗn hợp lên vùng da bị vảy nến trong khoảng 15-20 phút.
    3. Rửa sạch lại với nước ấm.
  • Tần suất: Thực hiện 1-2 lần/ngày để đạt hiệu quả tốt nhất.
