    Project Description: 
    The project is aimed at creating an enabling environment for sustainable human development in 4 municipalities, located near radioactive tailing sites. Target areas of the project are Min-Kush village of Naryn oblast, Kadji-Sai village of Issyk-Kul oblast, Ak-Tyuz village and Orlovka town of Chui oblast.

    Synopsis of Complaint:
    The complainants allege that the drinking water in Kadji-Sai is polluted and unhealthy, despite UNDP supporting a water supply system in the village in 2016 and in contradiction to the project's final evaluation report, which indicates the completion of a water supply system. Additionally, the complainants requested additional information about how the money was spent by UNDP, and how it was managed, and allege they have not received adequate information from UNDP.
