1.3. Correct Position Data

Atlas Role:       Position Administrator

Responsible:   Portfolio Associates at UNV Headquarters

Description:     The Correct Position Data process is to reflect corrections to the initial position data.

                        The most common corrections are Department, Location and Company.

Position data should only be corrected by Portfolio Associates at UNV HQ. Please contact your Portfolio Associate for corrections accordingly.

Navigation:  Organizational Development > Position Management > Maintain Positions/Budgets > Add/Update Position Info

Under Find an Existing Value tab:

  1. Enter Position Number
  2. Check Correct History box
  3. Click the Search button

Under the respective tabs and Effective Date rows:

  1. Enter correct data

 

 

 

 

4.

Click Save button.

 

 

 

 

5.

Once the corrections have been done, inform GPS to refresh the Job Data in order for the correct information in the position data to be picked up. Please specify the effective date of the correction.
