To use the Look-up feature, click on the magnifying glass icon. **After, type in either the full or partial value in the given field and click the button Look Up. **Lastly, select the appropriate value from the search result.

**Language: To select your language, you can try entering the first three letters of the language. Examples: “ENG” for English, “SPA” for Spanish. If the 3 letters code entered is not valid, then you can click on the magnifying glass, select “Contain” in the Description field, and type the language you wish search, then click on “Look Up” to search the language, and select it from the list.**University: To find your university, first you need to enter the corresponding country in the Country Field. Then click on the magnifying glass, select “Contain” in the Institution Name, and enter a keyword of your university name, click on “Look Up” to search the universities that match the search criteria and select the university from there. **Please note that you can only select institutions recognized by https://www.whed.net/home.php in partnership with UNESCO. **If your university is not in the list, please search and select “Other” and add the website on the “Institution Website field”.
