Can I ask my assistant to approve leave on my behalf

 

To ask somebody to approve leave on your behalf would be in violation of ICT policy. The Atlas user name is personal and should not be given to other staff members. You may delegate the authority to approve leave, in which case the staff members under your supervision should use that name in the supervisor field in the ‘Approver User List’. ​​
