​​What is Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC)-HR?

Based in Copenhagen, GSSC-HR is a part of UNDP's Bureau for Management Services (BMS), and is organized in 2 units:

Benefits & Entitlements Services (BES)

BES provides HR administration services for International staff members recruited on FTA and TA appointments (excluding JPOs), as well as General Service staff based in New York, for the following UN agencies:

• UNDP (incl. UNV, UNCDF and other affiliated agencies)

Global Payroll Services (GPS)

GPS provides payroll administration and data integrity services to more than 35.000 personnel working for UN partner agencies located across 170 duty stations. The services include:

• Payroll Administration for Local and International UN personnel (including International and General Service staff, UN Volunteers, Service Contract Holders)

• Payroll data integrity and quality control
  

• Functional and Technical support for Atlas HCM users
