HR eServices - Service Contract Holders

The HR eServices module in Atlas is developed as a self-service module for automation of HR processes, currently only related to leave management.

In addition, the HR eServices module allows SC holders to access their personal human resources information and the option to change address, contact information,  emergency contact information as well as view absence reports and SC statement of earnings and deductions.


The HR eServices Leave Module is located in Atlas HCM under eServices tab on the Main Menu. The subfolders applicable to Service Contract Holders are:

  • My Personal Info and Job Summary
  • My Remuneration
  • My Pension/Insurance
  • My Leave

NB: If you do not have access to eServices or to Atlas at all, contact your HR focal point to coordinate creating a profile for you through the office Argus focal point. 

UNFPA and UNWOMEN Service Contract Holders should contact their own Agency focal point.  

My Leave


My Leave provides a global and 24/7 solution to a centralized and auditable leave system. In My Leave, all leave records are managed in one central system, which ensures business continuity in situations of disaster/force majeure. If local paper records are lost they will be available in the ERP system.

To the benefit of both staff and organization, My Leave offers added data quality and its built-in validations mechanisms ensure:

  • that leave periods are not exhausting the entitlement,
  • that there are no overlapping leave periods,
  • the accurate count of leave days and real-time updates on accrued leave balances,
  • the eligibility for leave through display of relevant data such as contract type, contract expiry date, leave balances, and
  • proper data validation, including weekends and holidays.

Furthermore, My Leave supports the leave policies of the organisation through design of data validation, approval flows and the application form itself.

View Benefits/Dependency Information

HR eServices allow SC holders to review their Benefits Summary under eServices/My Pension & Insurance Coverage/Benefits Summary and dependents/beneficiaries information under eServices/My Personal Inform & Job Summary.

Keep Your Contact and Emergency Contact Information Up-To-Date

You can change your private email address (except the Business email), telephone number, Skype name, address and Emergency Contact information in eServices via the menu eServices/My Personal Info & Job Summary/My IDM information. It is recommended to always keep your Emergency Contact Information up to date. 

In addition, it is a good idea to keep the address up-to-date to ensure that you receive your medical insurance card to the correct address.
